Overview
A companion series to the Table Lamps. Same handmade paper process, adapted for a pendant format. The shade geometry changed significantly — a pendant shade needs to diffuse light downward while remaining visually light from below.
Process
Several shade forms were prototyped before settling on a slightly conical profile that works in both directions: soft and warm when lit from inside, interesting as a form when the light is off.
Notes
Like the Table Lamps, these were made as one-offs and gifts. A small number were sold locally.
